✨ Luxury Lash Lounge Policies Please review all policies before booking. Booking an appointment means you agree to the terms below. ⸻ 📌 Booking A valid card on file is required for all appointments. Your card is only charged if a policy is violated. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellations Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 20% fee charged to the card on file. ⸻ 🚫 No-Show Policy A 50% service fee will be charged for all no-call, no-show appointments. Two no-shows may result in booking restrictions. ⸻ ⏳ Late Arrivals Arrivals 10–15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be charged the 20% late-cancellation fee, as it affects the next appointment. ⸻ 💸 No Refunds All services and deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. ⸻ 🛠 Service Fixes If you experience an issue with your set, you must notify us within 24–72 hours. Complimentary fixes are only offered within this window and only for work done by Luxury Lash Lounge. ⸻ 💁♀️ Foreign Fills We do not fill over other artists’ work unless approved in advance. A removal may be required. ⸻ 🧼 Clean Lash Policy Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Extra cleaning may reduce lashing time and affect fullness. ⸻ 📋 Aftercare Clients are responsible for following proper aftercare instructions. Poor aftercare does not qualify for complimentary fixes. ⸻ 🔞 Age Requirement Clients must be 18+, or a parent/guardian must sign consent for minors. ⸻ 👁 Health & Safety For your safety, clients must arrive with healthy eyes and natural lashes. We reserve the right to refuse service for irritation, infection, or other sanitary concerns.
